Bright, Saturated Colors for Wedding Flowers are such a fantastic look!

Our client Chelsea wanted Dark Purple, Coral and Dark Blue flowers- Yay! Add all the beautiful colors of peonies (red, pink, fuschia and white) and you have a riot of color that can't be contained. I loved working with Chelsea and her color saturated vision for the flowers. This bright mix photographed beautifully and really stated that joy was the emotion of the day.

The shape of the bouquet is a 'modern horizontal' - one that is more wide from left to right for visual impact but more narrow in depth so Chelsea could hold it comfortably below her bodice.

The Boutonnieres were 'black' calla lilies which are actually more of

a super dark purple- dramatic!

It's always a great idea to reuse the ceremony flowers at the reception- a really beautiful look and it makes great sense!

Chelsea and Tim were married at the drop dead gorgeous venue, AK Diamond J Ranch in Homer, Alaska. They were able to use Fresh Alaskan Peonies from a nearby farm to complete their wedding florals and add a little 'DIY fun' to the preparations. They asked for coordinating blooms from Wild Blossom Design to bring the two looks together and then decorated the reception tables as a group project during the wedding set up. They even foraged for drift wood from local beaches to add to the rustic Alaskan theme- Beautiful!

Congratulations to Chelsea and Tim!! Thank you for trusting Wild Blossom Design to create your wedding flowers! It was a joy 💕
